The most faced difficulty for delivery robots in busy restaurant scenarios is the cooperation between humans and robots. With the integration of beeper machines and NFC tags, our waiter system offers high efficiency and clear operation flow for the division of workload.

 

Our waiter system is currently in use at various branches of Café de Coral for dish collection. Frontline staff can call a robot to a designated spot by placing the beeper on the table.
